By working in partnership with law enforcement, we act as the first point of contact to determine whether a police response is truly needed—helping conserve valuable public resources. Even before alarm ordinances or department fines were introduced, we distinguished ourselves with a truly personalized service, conducting full interior checks and delivering detailed reports to give clients clarity and peace of mind without the interruption.

Service Overview

When a call is dispatched, one of our professionally trained Security Officers responds to the call. Upon arrival, the Security Officer assesses the surroundings and carefully evaluates the situation before conducting a thorough exterior inspection of the property by checking for potential entry points or signs of forced entry. If evidence of a break-in is discovered, the Security Officer promptly contacts local law enforcement to assist with an interior sweep and prepares a detailed report to document the incident.

Based upon Customer needs, services often include the following:

  1. Emergency Panic/Fire Alarm Response
  2. Intrusion/Burglar Alarm Response
  3. Tenant Response for Assistance
  4. Thorough exterior check of the property looking for signs of forced entry
  5. Interior check of the facility to ensure the location is protected
  6. Security Officers will reset the alarm system before departing
  7. If suspects are found on the property, the Security Officer will contact local police for additional support.
  8. Emergency board-up service available, or a Security Officer can remain on location until the property is safe
  9. A fully detailed report is emailed upon completion, providing when the alarm happened, when we arrived, when we cleared, and a detailed summary (with pictures) of what was found and how it was resolved
